In addition to the general Terms and Conditions, in relation to all products that have a subscription, the following terms apply.

1. Subscription Pricing and Payment Terms

1.1 Monthly Subscription Fees:

• • Aida-Ro offers the following products as a subscription : 
  • AidaRo+ : 7.99 USD/month
  • AidaRo Gold : 25 USD/month
  • AidaRo Platinum : 45 USD / month 
  • AidaRo Platinum + Assistant AI : (upcoming), 125 USD / Month 
  • Each subscription product is billed on a monthly basis. The price for each subscription, before taxes and fees, will be displayed on the product page.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and the new rates will apply upon the renewal of your subscription.

1.2 Payment Schedule:

• • Payment is due on the anniversary date of your subscription each month. Should the billing date not exist in a given month, the payment will be processed on the last day of that month.
  • Failure to submit payment on the due date will result in an immediate suspension of service and accrual of late fees at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

2. Recurring Payments

2.1 Automatic Renewal:

• • Subscriptions automatically renew each month. We will attempt to charge your designated payment method on file without further authorization.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to initiate recurring non-refundable payments as agreed.

2.2 Payment Methods:

• • We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other payment processors as listed. You agree to maintain valid payment information in your account.

3. Subscription Modifications

3.1 Changes in Subscription:

• • Adjustments to your subscription level (upgrades or downgrades) must be requested through customer service 48 hours before the billing date.
  • Downgrades will take effect on the next billing cycle and will not be prorated.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Subscriber:

• • Subscriptions must be canceled 72 hours before the renewal date through your account interface or by a written request to customer support. Verbal cancellation requests will not be honored.
  • No refunds will be provided for any subscriptions, and no prorated refunds will be offered for any partial subscription periods.

4.2 Cancellation by Aida-ro.com:

• • Aida-ro.com reserves the right to terminate subscriptions at any time for any reason without prior notice. In the event of termination by Aida-ro.com, the subscriber will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining days of the current billing period.
  • We may terminate your subscription immediately and without notice if we determine that your use of the service violates our policies or any laws.

5. Legal

5.1 Modifications to Terms:

• • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

5.2 Governing Law:

• • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where Aida-ro.com is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

5.3 Dispute Resolution:

• • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

5.4 Limitation of Liability:

• • Aida-ro.com’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to Aida-ro.com for the subscription during the term of membership.

5.5 Indemnification:

• • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aida-ro.com and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
